In 2014, i started my micro roastery in Sydney, i had the motivation to promote high quality coffee and having Indonesia as the main origin that will feature in my shop. In 2015, i had the opportunity to source one of the finest coffee in the world that is a Toraja Coffee produced by PT Toarco Jaya. This was my first ‘pure’ coffee experience, witnessing a complete vertical integration, coffee total quality management and sustainability model in farm level.
Exposed to such inspiring journey, it led me further to other world class coffee like Java Frinsa Estate, Solok Radjo cooperative and Kerinci Highland cooperatives. All in which become our selected coffee partners to represent the world standard for the most consistent and the highest of quality coffee in world.
My MISSION is to pioneer in promotion and distribution of the best Indonesian coffee in the world. This will require continuing my exploration of other international coffee origin beyond Indonesia, such as my recent trip to El Salvador. I truly believe continuous improvements and innovation often happens in every quality coffee relationships that we decide to engaged with. This is the type of coffee relationship that genuinely gives positive impact in the value chain of coffee, it is traceable, fair traded and fair priced to the final consumer.
