We believe strongly in coffee total quality management and Specialty mindset. This means to always continue communicating quality, continuous development in quality knowledge, quality implementation and innovation. Therefore, we started to travel the globe exploring and experiencing first hand the quality approach that is implemented in other coffee origin. Along the way in our exploration for quality we made friends that shares the same mindset for specialty. This leads us into to continue and maintain the friendship through knowledge exchange and also coffee exchange. We also decide this year to not only promote JUST Indonesian coffees but also to showcase our close coffee friends produce at our cafe and online store for us all to enjoy.
